Hi, in a profile, it says how many topics someone has posted in, and then their last board posts. couldn't their be a way to list all of their board posts, as you may not be able to find them all and you may be interested in the topics they've posted in, especially if it's a friend of yours. just an idea.
i like it, the admins cou2d add a link t would open a page with the topics that person has posted to, or at least the last #ej or so.
i guess that it could be done, though have you ever thought what the results page would look like for some users? take goblin for example, that guy is heading toward 6000 posts on this site! lol.
That's a great idea and to get round the problems of displaying thousands of posts, it could just show the last, 25 or so.
it could or maybe say something like let's tak, fifty seven singles, four give the boards andyou could still see where they posted but look for them on your own.

at the bottof the profile it could have a link that says "find all threads by" and then the user.
alternatevly you can type in say 10 and it shows you the last 10
Yeah - I think it is a good idea. If you have met someone new and want to get to know them better - and would like to find out what they are interested in... this would be a useful way to do it.
yeah that's what i thought, just something so you could find where they posted.
so admins and cls, what do you think?

actually if you read the profile you know what people like. the board posts won't help that, it's just a quicker to find messages by that user

I agree with both sheelob and yellowcat.
I like this idea. and I sat down to make it happen. and then I looked at the code for the boards, which I do occasionally. and as with those times in the past, it made me shiver with fear and dread. This is a feature for Admin to create, for only he understands the mess which is the boards. I vote for rewriting it entirely.
